Everyone can benefit from therapy.  Even though we all have family and friends we can talk to, it is often hard for them to be fully objective or to have the skills to help.  Therapy does not replace those supports.  It enhances your ability to use them and gain a better sense of self and control over life’s many obstacles.

I have been providing trauma therapy for over 20 years.  I work with children as young as 3 years old to adults as young as 100 years old.  It is my purpose in life to guide everyone I work with through their healing process utilizing EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral, and Play Therapy techniques in a way that is individualized, meaning that you experience therapy that is the most optimal for you. . . and only you.
